President Donald Trump’s chances of winning a second term in the White House are all but over, technically speaking. But it wasn’t for a lack of trying — countless attorneys, surrogates and other Trump allies fought valiantly in various courts of law to prove allegations of widespread election fraud in the 2020 election.
Unfortunately, none of the dozens of lawsuits ever received much of a fair shake at any level of the court system, from state courts to the U.S. Supreme Court.
While many believe there still remains a chance that longshot scenarios could play out on January 6 when Congress meets to formally count the Electoral College vote certificates, the Trump campaign is already thinking far ahead — to 2024 when Trump could make another run for the Oval Office.
According to Newsmax, the Trump campaign sent out a very interesting email this week, in which it asks his supporters whether or not the president should come back for a 2024 campaign run.
“Let’s make something clear: the Radical Left STOLE this Election from President Trump,” the email started out. It went on to say that the president has “always been able to count on the American People for advice, which is why he asked us to reach out with ONE very important question.”
The email then linked to a poll, which asked readers if Trump should run again for the presidency in 2024, which many saw as a tacit admission that Trump’s days in the White House are numbered.
Not surprisingly, CNN and other liberal-leaning mainstream media outlets dissected every single character contained in the email. After the polling question, there was another call-to-action for Trump supporters to donate to Republican senators in the upcoming Georgia runoff election.
But CNN pointed out that in the email’s fine print, the email said that 75 percent, or up to $5,000, would be donated to a newly-launched Trump PAC, known as “Save America,” that came about shortly after the election, presumably a new bank account to build funds for a 2024 run.
The Trump campaign’s email marketing strategies have been extremely effective. Even in the weeks after the 2020 election, his campaign has sent out a staggering 498 fundraising emails and as a result, have hauled in roughly $207 million in funds.
The email comes in the wake of White House Press Secretary Kayleigh McEnany being grilled by reporters on whether or not Trump was already considering a 2024 run.
“I will leave that to the President, but he’s still pursuing ongoing litigation at the moment for this election,” McEnany responded.
No matter what the final outcome of the 2020 election might be, it’s crystal clear at this point that Trump’s supporters are not giving up on the president, even if they have to drudge through four years of Joe Biden and Kamala Harris just to have another chance at Trump making America great again, again.
